International Soccer Open Thread We have South Korea v. Spain right now on ESPN2, USA v. Brazil tonight on ESPN2, and possibly more elsewhere on the channels.

More rumored Spurs kit designs. Looks like the one from last week survived, but with a collar, and the third kit from yesterday. Can't tell if the away kit is the same as the blue one from yesterday's or just plain navy blue.

Posted by dust at EPLTalk, he had this to say about the shirts tech: The E39 shirt is outfitted with a “bug” sensor that contains a triaxial accelerometer, a processor, a Bluetooth and two gigabytes of storage. The bug uses this things to measure heart and breathing rate, skin-surface temperature, as well as force and direction and shoot it to laptops or smart phones, according to the NFL. The bug can measure acceleration and change in direction allowing coaches to dissect a player’s movement yard-by-yard. The players, however, are happy to run and turn around to see how much G-force they can generate. Real Smart! Anyways, I like it, it's nice and simple, we'll see who the sponsor will be and if their logo ruins it.
