Harry Redknapp looks to be up to his old "reuniting with former players" trick. He's reportedly attempting to sign Jermaine Jenas for Queens Park Rangers.
The on again, off again moves for Tottenham Hotspur players to Queens Park Rangers haven't been sorted out yet. However, according to Sky Sports, one of the three rumored deals appears to be on for the time being. Jermaine Jenas is reportedly to undergo a medical at QPR ahead of a proposed transfer.

Jenas has spent part of this season on loan with Nottingham Forest, but has struggled to stay fit. As Jenas isn't exactly flush with suitors, while he's also out of contract in the summer, it's unlikely that Tottenham will be receiving a significant fee for Jenas. QPR are probably offering him a fairly incentive-laden contract as well.
None of that is particularly relevant to Spurs. Jenas isn't part of the team's plans at all, and they'd simply like to get him off the books and to a place where he has a chance to play.
