Spurs v. QPR, from this fall's first matchup - Mike Hewitt
Spurs take on Harry Redknapp's QPR in what should be a
walk over for Spurs NARRATIVE NARRATIVE NARRATIVE
Hail and salutations, Spurs fans! It's match day, as good ol' Mr. Bacon Sandwich himself and Queens Park Rangers take on Spurs for the first time since his sacking last summer. Spurs really shouldn't have too much problem with Rangers today, who are bottom of the table with 13 points but who cares about that! There's a NARRATIVE to further! RAWR!
Spurs are going with their expected 4-4-2 with Emmanuel Adebayor (who might be playing his last match for Spurs in a while before he leaves for the African Cup of Nations) and Jermain Defoe up top. Kyle Naughton has a hot streak going so he gets the start at left back over Benoit Assou-Ekotto. Otherwise, all is as expected.
For QPR, Redknapp is... oh, hell, it doesn't matter, we all know he's just gonna FRAAB anyway.
