Happy Spursday, Spursland! Tottenham Hotspur travel to Cumbria to take on League One side Carlisle United in the English League Cup today, which is now known as the Capital One Cup for sponsorship reasons. Beer sponsors? Awesome. Credit card sponsors? Ick.

Unsurprisingly, Tottenham are playing a mix of senior and youth/reserve players, with only three first choice (or close to first choice) players in the starting XI. Hugo Lloris and Brad Friedel are both out of the 18, as are Gareth Bale, Moussa Dembele and William Gallas. Here's the lineup.
