UPDATE: Moutinho to Tottenham is off
The transfer deadline has passed, but teams can still complete deals if they've followed the correct procedures (remember Rafael Van der Vaart's transfer?). Apparently, Spurs might still get a deal done for Joao Moutinho, though most of the chatter around the internet is that the transfer between Tottenham Hotspur and FC Porto won't be happening.
Currently, the best reports on the transfer are conflicting. David Ornstein of the BBC and FOX Soccer are saying very different things.
REPORT: Joao Moutinho deal to Spurs dead according to Portuguese media.

Tottenham 100% still working on a deal to sign Porto midfielder Moutinho. Whether or not it happens is a different matter

At this point, I know as much as you do. We have no idea whether or not Moutinho will be coming to Spurs, and we probably won't know for a little bit. This is still very much up in the air.
