As a group of wise men once said: "Cash Rules Everything Around Me, C.R.E.A.M. Get the money, dollar, dollar bill y'all." This is being proven true in the transfer of Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho to Spurs, as Sky Sports is reporting that the move is being held up over personal terms.
"There could be a hitch in Tottenham's bid to sign Joao Moutinho, with Sky Sports understanding there has been a problem in agreeing personal terms with the Porto midfielder."

With the fee agreed, I would say that should not worry Spurs supporters too much. Moutinho has apparently pushed for the move to Tottenham. Rather, it seems the Portuguese's agent is trying to leverage Tottenham for as large of a contract as possible before the window closes.
Don't expect the full transfer to be confirmed any time soon. But I fully expect that on the brink of the deadline closing we will hear the sides have agreed to a contract. Stay tuned.
