Obviously, Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium is a big part of this and central to the Northumberland Park part of this development. All of the stuff that they're planning on doing with the surrounding area is very cool too, and there are a couple of new artists' renderings of the new stadium, which should be constructed in time for the 2016/17 season.
