I love the smell of fresh grass in the morning. You know, one time we had a a fresh, mowed, never played on field. When it was the morning of, I walked up. We didn't find a blade out of place, not one dead patch. The smell, you know that wet earthy smell, the whole field. Smelled like... football. (Early games open thread.
