According to Sky Sports, long term Spurs target and emerging Brazilian Superstar, Leandro Damiao, has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have made him an offer.

Speaking to the French press, Leandro claimed he had yet to receive any indication from PSG that they wanted him. Instead, it is Spurs showing the more concrete interest.

This is highly likely to get Spurs fans buzzing with anticipation, as just last week, Belgian Hot Property, Eden Hazard, claimed Spurs were heavily interested in acquiring his services in the Summer.
