Watching Sunderland-Reading, it looks like Danny Rose has what it takes to be a starting EPL left back. He is still very young and learning the position but this loan looks like it is paying off, much like Caulker's did. I have read in the recent weeks that Sunderland want to make the move permanent but I think it is important that we don't sell him. It's obvious right now that with adequate depth along the back line, we'd have a few more points and Jan is meant to be a CB, not a LB. Benny is 28 and Danny is 22, the two of them could patrol the LB position for the next 4 years before Danny took over full time. I think it is important that we don't sell. Any thoughts?
