It seems that there's a decently sized contingent of Fifa faithfuls, Football Manager fanatics and proud Pro Evolution players. Some of us might even switch back and forth between the different options. We could debate the merits of the various soccer simulations, but that'd be boring. Instead, I was hoping that people might be interested in sharing their virtual Tottenham Hotspur lineup(s).
The rules (who am I kidding) for this are straightforward: name of the chosen game, including edition, your formation, and your starting 11. You could even include subs if you want. Also, if you play Fifa and use a virtual pro, try and compare them to a real player, so we have an idea of their ability. For instance, my created CB is very similar to Vertonghen. Let's get to it!
Game:Fifa 12 (Season 4 of Manager Mode)
Formation: 4-3-3 (two CMs, one CAM)
Rui Patricio
Walker-Caulker-Virtual Pro(basically Verts)-Cristian Ansaldi
Sandro-Joao Moutinho
Modric
Junior Hoilett-Leandro Damiao-Bale
Subs: Sami Khedira, Lennon, Danny Welbeck, Kaboul, Corluka, Huddlestone, Rose
Game: FM 2013
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Lloris
Walker-Caulker-Vertonghen-BAE
Sandro-Dembele
Lennon-Walter Montillo-Bale
There you have it, how I line up my computer generated versions of Tottenham. I'm not super happy with my squad in Football Manager and may start a new save. I'd have posted my FM 2012 lineup, except it crapped out on Steam for Mac and I can't remember the finer points. Feel free to debate the tactical merits of my lineups or your own and hopefully this gets some responses.
