The big news ahead of Tottenham Hotspur's Premier League encounter against Aston Villa is that Andre Villas-Boas has finally made the big switch in goal. It was always inevitable, but very few expected AVB to rip off the band-aid for this match. Hugo Lloris starts for Tottenham ahead of Brad Friedel.
Otherwise, Spurs' lineup is exactly what we expected. Emmanuel Adebayor still isn't fit to start, and Clint Dempsey is still preferred to Gylfi Sigurdsson.
