Neither team and none of the absolutely massive outlets are reporting anything at this hour, but according to The Independent, the deal is done. According to the report, Scott Parker is going to join Tottenham Hotspur from West Ham United and the transfer was completed on Friday night.

I'm unwilling to call it done until one of the truly major media outlets or either club says it's done, but it wouldn't be shocking to see the announcement come early tomorrow morning (or in a couple of hours). As we discussed earlier in the day, Harry Redknapp wants Scott Parker and West Ham wants to sell. Whether or not it's done, contract details, etc. are rumors until the club makes an announcement, but the fact that 'Arry is after Parker and the Hammers want to cash in are more or less fact at this point.

If this report turns out to be true, speculation about Luka Modric's transfer to Chelsea FC will only intensify. Daniel Levy has said over and over that the player is not for sale and that's final, but that won't stop the rags from jamming it down your throats for the next five days.
