Good morning everybody! It's hump day, which is awesome, except that it's called hump day which is just a weird thing for adults to say. Hopefully by the end of the day we will have an update on the Christian Ceballos situation. Maybe there will be a new signing for the team. But here in your Morning Hoddle of Coffee you can find everything that you know will happen today.
A solid move, I think Carlo Cudicini has at least one more good season in him and every team needs a solid number two keeper.
I can't blame him. He can play on this level most of the time, but sometimes he couldn't start for a sunday league team, and during those moments he gets roasted by the press, the fans, and perhaps his own children. Happy trails Gomes.
The Guardian has a list of Spurs players up for sale. Surprisingly Kyle Naughton is on it. Nobody else on the list will surprise you unless, like myself, you forgot that David Bentley even existed. These moves are most likely aimed at getting the squad down from its current 32 man status to the mandatory 25 man roster.
Gareth Bale makes an appearance! This should kill about 20 minutes of time that could be spent doing your job. You're welcome.

So does this mean we have a shot at signing Edwin Van Der Sar?
This is a MUST READ. I admit I was completely ignorant of this happening until I saw this today. This is a mind blowing story and beautifully written. (Editor's note: Agree, this is a must read. As much as I like my boss, Andi Thomas is the best dude I work with. All of his articles are fantastic.)
