Happy Monday Spursland! Hey, remember that thing we were all hoping and praying wouldn't happen over the international break? That thing we all knew in our bones would definitely happen. Well, it happened.
And now the "news"
How long does it usually take to prosecute someone for a non-violent offense in England? It seems like this story broke 4 years ago and he is only going on trial next year. The right to a speedy trial, if you don't have it my British friends you really should look into it. I hear nothing but good things.
It had to be someone, it had to be you?
Oh, did you think I was going to add something in this space that gave context to that link? Well I am not. It is awesome just the way it is.
Whats happening around SB Nation after the jump
A fantastic write up on the development of the German youth system.
I am surprised that the 15 pound ticket deal hasn't brought about cries of there being a return to hooligan violence in the stands. The raising of ticket prices and introduction of all-seater stadiums is largely credited with the removal of crowd violence from the football grounds.
I continue not to care about this at all.
